BAB (Burning-Annealing-Bluing) heat treatment production lines are mainly used in heat treatment for stator and rotor of compressor and micro-motor in air conditioning. It is a continuous degreasing (burning), annealing and bluing process in DX protective atmosphere. After treatment by BAB, the stators and rotors piled up by common silicon steel sheets will have high performance similar to those piled by expensive silicon steel sheets.
BAB heat treatment production line consists of loading and unloading plate, degreasing section (burning oven), annealing section, air-blast cooling section, DX generator and controlling system. The capacity can reach 1500kg/h.
