* Pipe Thread
There are current three types of pipe thread for pipe engineering.
( 1) Tooth profile angle is 55° , taper 1: 16
Internal thread type: Rp, Rc, outer thread: R
Rp-R is used widely in construction engineering, but Rc-R is not used widely, showing as Drawing a.
( 2) ISO228 is non-thread sealed pipe thread. Internal and outer thread is parallel, the tooth profile angel is 55° shown as Drawing b.
( 3) ANSI B1.20.1 is thread sealed pipe thread, the tooth profile angle is
60° , taper is 1: 16, internal and outer thread is taper, it is used widely
in high pressure and temperature fittings, shown as Drawing c.
Thread fitting in ASME B16.11 is NPT.
The profile angle is different for NPT and ISO7/ 1. But the lead is same for thread 1/ 2 & 3/ 4, they can assembly.

For domestic metric system pipe, it doesn’ t say schedule but thickness. So
you shall tell the OD and thickness when order.

The material used in socket welding fitting usually are carbon steel, alloy
steel, stainless steel, low-temperature steel, monel and nickel alloy.
The socket welding fittings include: 90° Elbow, 45° Elbow, Socket weld
tee, Socket-welded reducing coupling, Socket-welded full coupling,
Socket-welded end cap, Socket-welded half coupling, High pressure boss,
Welding boss, 45° Mitre boss, Union, Socket reducing insert, MSS SP79
etc.

* ( MSS SP97, GB19326, Q/ FG11 to 16) Outlet
Outlet is used widely abroad in recent years, it is used to connect the
reinforced fitting. It can replace the reducing tee, reinforce plate and
reinforced pipe. It is used widely more and more in high pressure, high
temperature, large diameter and heavy wall pipe. As it is reliability, cheap,
simple, good for flow, seriation, standardization and choose easily. It
replace of traditional connection ways.
The body of outlet is made in excellent forgings. The material is same as
pipe’ s, the outlet we supplied from carbon steel, alloy steel, -46 to -101
 low-temperature steel, stainless steel, monel and nickel alloy.
Outlet is welded to the main pipe, and is connected to the branch or other
fittings such as nipple thread plug, instrument and valve by butt welded,
socket-welded and thread.
The type of outlet is standard, nipple, latrolet and elbolet. Details as
