This company was sponsored by WuHan Humanwell Hi-tech Industrial Stock Company, HuBei YiYao Group Co., Ltd and other three shareholders. The registered capital of the company is 60 million yuan( RMB) , the total assets is 280 million yuan( RMB) and it has more than 1000 employees. The company has gathered 460 all kinds of professional technicians including 40 research persons, and has a provincial grade R& D center with a strong research and developing ability. The company have a long steady co-operation with the famous universities such as China pharmaceutical University, Peking University Health Science Center , Huaxi Medical University , Hua Zhong University of Science and Technology Tongji Medical College etc. The company is one of the national designated anesthetics manufacturer, YiChang Humanwell Pharmaceutical Industrial Park has been completed and put into operation in the Economic and Technological Development zone of the Yichang City.
