Aeromech BALE PLUCKER[Circular] is for the initial stage for opening Raw materials in Blow room, used for plucking Bale materials of various grades of cotton and or Man made Fibres. Bales are placed in the round circle, the carriage rotates above the bale with a high revoluting beater and grid section in the carriage , the carriage plucks the bales. For every circle of the carriage will lower it 's position according to pre-et distance. Such keep the plucking continously and upto the lowest position . The plucked tufts will be sucked by an Air- ventilator in the next machine. The Unique PLucker from Aeromech offers an excellent result with high technological progresive with an out put of 800kgs/hr.
