This machine is used for blending a variety of cotton, cotton type chemical fibre or medium length chemical fibre. There are different types of chambers for customers choice i.e 6-8-10 chambers. This machine is comprised with Air-Ventilator, Material Inlet Duct,Distributing Duct, Blending Duct and Return Air Duct.Aeromech Multi-Blenders offers an optimum solution for any mixing tsk for Staple Fibre mixes. A fan feeds the material into the Trunks which are successively filled and simultaneously emptied. The principal guarentees a maximum homogeniety of the mixing. The transport Air entering the machine also feeds the material to the following machine. The process of FIlling,Mixing and Feeding cleaner are controlled by pneumatical system. a minimum out put of 800kgs/hr in the working width of 1400mm.
