For Synthetic processing, the Blow room plays an importantroll for quality aspects. An opener is neccessary for opening the material without damage the Fibres. Aeromech has manufactured ASO-1 which is well suit for Synthetic processing units. Construction and designed is similarly to Fine opener, exept the beater pins and grid section. An under casing plate and mote knife are provided under the beter. The beater with wire mounted is mostly used as Recron fibre opener and specially designed for Synthetic materials. Aeromech offers a gentle opening with an out put upto 700 kgs/hr.
