Q200 Model Motorcycle Starting System Test Bench is a test equipment to check the durability of motorcycle starting
motor. The test bench adopts programmable circuit technique for automatic control and is equipped with the
simulativepower source. It can digitally display the voltage, current, torque and speed of the motor, and it can test
durability for two starting motors simultaneously.

6Main Functions and Features of Equipment
1. It can test the durability of starting motor for motorcycles;
2. It adopts the programmable control system, and it is suitable for longtime continuous running;
3. After setting the testing motors load, the system can control the motor automatically running the test, and
auto stop when it reaches the set number of working;
4. You can set the upper limit of voltage, upper and lower limits of current, upper and lower limits of torque, and
lower limit of speed. It will automatically judge whether the test is abnormal and count the abnormal tests into the
number of failure;
5.It has the display function for working time, the number of working, and the number of failure;
6. It can simultaneously test for two motors;
7. The working time and working period of the testing motor can be selected;
8.It has the out-oflimit protection and alarming prompt functions;
9. It has the emergency brake function;
10.The connection mode of the starting motor adopts the change-speed gear engagement, and the compressing
mode adopts the V type bracket compressing and fixing device. By altering the change-speed gears can it test for
various kinds of starting motors, and the applicability is strong while the mounting and removing is convenient
and reliable;
11.The simulative power source can simulates the external characteristic of four kinds of accumulators, and it can save
three fixed voltage-current characteristics and one free & adjustable voltage-current characteristic
simultaneously at a time.
