Verderair Hygienic diaphragm pumps

3A-Dairy was founded in 1920’ s by three dairy related associations in the USA. The purpose of creating the standard was to safeguard sanitary regulation and practices for equipment and systems used to process milk, milk products and other perishable goods. Today, the 3-A Sanitary Standards Committee are composed of representatives from many government agencies and industries.

Verderair hygienic diaphragm pumps conform to 3A-sanitary standards. The hygienic pump series has a fast knock down systemto clean the pump manually. The pump is also CIP and SIP cleanable. All wetted and non wetted parts of the Verderair hygienic are FDA 3A compliant ( SS 316 Ra polish, 0.8 ¼ m / EPDM/ PTFE) . These pump series is available in 3A ( ball valve) ( SB) and in flap valve ( SF) design. Verderair hygienic pumps can easily be converted from one to the other design with an optional kit.

Verderair Hygienic models 3-A 50 has the highest flow capacity of any air-operated double diaphragm pump certified by 3-A with CIP possibilities. There are also models 40 available.

Verderair Hygienic models SB 40 and 50 have ball valves, are easy to disassamble, have large porting and high flow capacity.

The Verderair hygienic model SF 50 has flap valves to avoid clogging when pumping large solids or chunks.
