SIPSIS ( Smart IP-based Security Integrated Software) is a Windows based building security management software. It can control door access, perimeter alarm, intruder detection, facility trip, lighting or HVAC control, and CCTV surveillance in a single workstation.
SIPSIS can be easily applied to schools, office buildings, factories, hospitals, malls or telecommunication/ IT room achieving maximum cost efficiency.

a. Alarm Management
- Alarm Sound -- Can set up to 128-character voice alarm
- Alarm Message -- Can set up to 128 types of alarm messages.
- Alarm Priority -- Can set up 5 ranks of alarm priority. The highest priority is processed first.
- Alarm Value Definition -- Analog signals can define high and low restrictions for alarm value, while digital signals can define alarm value by â occurrenceâ and/ or â responseâ .
- Alarm process Interval -- Can set up monitoring points by time intervals. There is processing only if an alarm happens in the time interval.
- Alarm Display -- When alarm is activated, the alarm position is displayed on the user interface.
- Alarm Link -- When alarm is activated, it can be set to single point or group link control.
- Alarm Group -- When alarm is displayed, the surrounding group of monitoring points will also be displayed.
- Alarm Archive -- Name, time and date are automatically saved after alarm is activated. The confirmation time is also recorded.
- Alarm Report Printing -- When alarm is activated, the alarm position, time and date are automatically printed.
- Alarm Announcement -- When alarm is activated, alarm sound and relay are started automatically.
- Alarm history Inquiry -- Can inquire alarm message, priority, time and date.
- Alarm Tracking -- During alarm activation time, it is possible to inquire about the state prior to the alarm activation.

- Trend Inquiry -- May observe and record monitoring trend charts for later reference.
- Switch Sequence Control -- Capable of integrating live monitoring to form switch control; once it is confirmed that a first device is on ( off) , then will the second device go on ( off) . Time interval is adjustable.
c. Access Control Management
1. Management Function
- When reading a card, image will display name, id number, department branch and picture.
- To enforce password protection, passwords can be classified into 4 ranks and 5 types.
- May establish a low battery signal alert to get a replacement battery.
- Able to monitor communication and status at every door.
- Able to create server / client management type. A maximum of 16 clients are allowed.
- From a client station, a user can inquire access records, control lockdown, live view any access point, create or delete personnel keycards.
2. Access Records
- May inquire access records based on personnel last name, personnel ID, department, date, time or access reader.
- Provides monthly and daily .TXT log file for third party software.
- Provides a record log every month. A log can contain up to 1, 000, 000 access records.
3. Card Programming methods
- Personnel keycards may be input manually.
- Personnel keycards may be programmed by swiping.
- For continuous keycard programming, a duplicate function may be used by copying and adding 1 to the previous keycard number.
- Personnel data can be input using MIS branch-established TEXT transferring system.
- In order to decrease download time, it is possible to choose special settings for certain access readers and keycards.
4. Access Controller Settings
- The data at each access controller ( access time interval, open door time, time, date, holiday table, etc) can be input at one page. It can also duplicate the data from another controller.
- Can modify the access controllerâ s time and date directly or on schedule.
- Each controller can set 2 free control interval and 1 free password interval.
- Able to set up to 512 access group, each group can have any controllers, and each controller can have up to 3 time zones.
- Able to set up to 250 time groups, with each group carrying 12 time zones.
- Able to set up to 250 holiday-setting tables, setting the holidays for the current and following year. Each holiday has 10 time zones.
- Able to print each personnelâ s in and out access point and time period for management and reference.
5. Elevator Control
- Resident â After an approved keycard reading, the controls will unlock and the elevator will depart to the assigned floor.
- Visitor â The security personnel will control which floor will be accessible.
6. Lighting and HVAC ON/ OFF Control
- A management card can be set to also control lighting and air conditioning.

- Access trigger video Recording ( Video Snapshot)
- Can install a camera overlooking each access reader
- Once a targeted keycard is detected by a reader, cameras can record image.
- The recording of access points uses the time of card reading as reference. The moments before and after the reading are also recorded.
- May inquire video recording of employee entrance/ exit using personnel ID.

VI. Optional Software
a. CCTV Integration
- Only the DVR machine, as a secondary connection, is needed to manage the PC. No extra equipment is needed.
- Each managing computer can connect to 128 CCTV cameras.
- Immediate image monitoring ( Video Center) .
- Can choose and live view 9 CCTV from multiple DVR machines.
- Can use the electronic map to access and view any CCTV from any DVR machine.
- Alarm combined with image display and recording.
- Each alarm point can be set with a CCTV, in order to enable immediate live monitoring and recording.
- In case of alarm, multiple CCTV cameras can be pre set to live monitor and record.
- After the monitoring main control receives the alarm signal, it can image record ( must receive the alarm time) the time before and after the alarm.
- Alarm and image records may be inquired based on time and serial numbers.
- Card reading combined with image display and recording
- Each access reader may be pre set with a CCTV
- Can display and record an access point when a card is read at that location.
- The video recording of access points depends on the card triggering time.
- May use keycard ID to inquire personnel in and out video records.
b. Weekly-day schedule program
- 1 week 7 days, 1 day 7 time zones ON/ OFF schedule.
- 1 year holiday setting.
- End user can end/ restart any time zones.
c. Short message Alert
- May send up to 512 groups of txt messages. Each group
can contain up to 50 phone numbers.
- May send up to 1000 groups of txt messaging content.
- The content of the txt message includes alarm location, time, date and type.
- Information regarding alarm activation time, alarm restoration time and security personnel confirmation time are sent in the TXT message alert.
- Txt messaging alert is ranked into 5 levels of urgency and are sent out according to priority.
d. Patrol Monitoring
- The system provides 512 patrol routes; each route may designate 50 patrol points.
- Each patrol can consist of 512 patrol points ( access readers) .
- May establish patrol time
- Access readers can be used as patrol point.
- Any effective card can be programmed into patrol card, but without the full access capabilities.
- Patrol graph displays arrival at patrol point, non-arrival at patrol point and alarm activation point.
- When image is displayed, system will record patrol card ID, arrival at scene and time.
- Patrol start can be pre set or manual.
- Four types of alarms: Late, early, non-arrival to patrol point or wrong patrol route.
- It does not affect the access control systemâ s capabilities, once it goes on patrol.
- Voice alarm notification.
- Can inquire patrol records based on time, date and patrol routes.
- Due to a highly flexible system, user can temporarily expand patrol points.
- System can use messages in different colors to show different alarm priorities.
e. LED display board integration
- Display alarm message when alarm trigger.
- Programming alarm message to each I/ O point.

VII. Client Software
a. The client connects to the server automatically when activated.
b. Server needs to connect to the web via Ethernet.
c. Client can copy data from the server automatically.
d. In case of alarm, server software synchronizes -- displays alarm location, produces voice alarm and processes records.
e. Can synchronize with clientâ s monitoring interface for conditions inquiry and equipment control.
f. Can inquire alarm records from server.
g. Can inquire local client alarm records and personnel sign off time.
h. Can add, delete, change and download personnel ID numbers.
i. Can view live feed in case of alarm.
j. Can view specially assigned access points.
h. Can view and track guest card movements.

VIII. Web page Interface Software
a. IE can be used to monitor far-end access control, environment protection and surveillance.

e. The monitoring interface will flash and/ or deliver instructions when an alarm is activated.
