Sanrui Technology ( Jiangxi) Co. ltd is a joint venture between Zhejiang ChangXiang Import & Export Co. Ltd and China' s energy conservation and environmental protection group, and its registered capital is $ 7.5 million dollars. The company specializes in producing toughened glass insulators. The production capacity includes two production lines and one furnace, with an annual output of 5 million pieces of toughened glass insulators and the output value of 500 million RMB. Sanrui Technology is located in the economic developing zone in Pingxiang, it is also near the cross of the NO.320 National Highway and Shanghai-Kunming motorway it is about 80 minutes drive from Changsha Huanghua International Airport, Pingxiang Station of Hangzhou Nanchang Changsha High Speed Rail will be in service in the second half of 2012, and the traffic is very convenient. The electric ceramics industry of Pingxiang is very developed, and it owns international and national market share up to 70% , with solid technical foundation and abundant talent workers. In the process of transformation of resource-based cities, Sanrui Technology is regarded as model of bringing up the traditional electric ceramics industry by Pingxiang government. Sanrui Technology persists in technological innovation and leads the enterprise development, it is the first domestic enterprise which adopts international advanced all electric melting furnaces founding technology, domestic leading forming technology, toughened technology, nickel sulfide transformation technique; established the provincial toughened glass insulators Engineering Research Center and the provincial key laboratory of toughened glass insulators; can product high technical products, have the leading domestic production equipment and strong research team. The company also has more than a dozen of national products, provincial products, equipment and technology patents. SanRui Technology produces two series of AC and DC in total of more than 30 types of toughened glass insulator products. 40 ~ 550KN standard type, stain resistance, aerodynamic-type, DC, linear type, railway products have been a successful trial and those products have passed the appraisal of the China Electricity Council " product performance has reached international advanced levelâ , the next step will produce the umbrella series and R& D of 800KN product; voltage level of some products has reached  ± 800KV , it also helped to accumulate experience and lay the foundation for the R& D of 1000KV UHV. After many times' technical appraisement, Sanrui Technology becomes a qualified supplier of State Grid and Southern Power Grid successfully. The products have stable performance, reliable quality and a good feedback after hung up running. Open sales channels can fully digest current annual production. The company plans to expand to six production lines and three furnace in 2015, with annual production capacity of 15 million.
