The Cone Crusher essentially consists of:
Heavy Duty main frame fabrication and machined.
The cast steel top shell integrated with spider arms and hub comes in single piece.
The main shaft is integrated with core for fixing the mantle directly.
A lubricated gravity type dust seal along with air pressurization system is provided.
Eccentric is held in position with the help of anti friction bearings.
Spiral bevel gears for longer life with smooth operation.
Counter Shaft Assy and housing which is made of cast steel are built as a separate and
removable unit.

Thrust bearings of Bronze & high strength steel wear rings
Heavy duty single acting type hydraulic cylinder assy
V belt drive for the motor pulley
