This document is presented to assist your company in assessing bids submitted and is normal if the proposed requirements likely to change following the change of business and operational changes. 1. INTRODUCTION

A complete information system consists of network infrastructure, hardware, software applications, and WEB. Where these components are complementary and mutually supportive in running a perusahaan.diantaranya:

The network infrastructure includes the data transmission system either wirelessly, As well as conventionally with the data cable. And network equipment on the LAN and WAN, such as switches, routers, modems, etc..
Hardware includes computers ( PCs) , notebooks, and servers, along with other peripherals such as printers, scanners, and others.
Software included in computer operating systems and servers, such as Windows XP, Linux, Windows 2000 Server 2003.2008, and others. And general application software ( Office, Autocad, Visio, Email, Internet Explorer, etc.) .
And special application software developed itself as supporting the company' s main businesses.
Once the system is finished and ready for use, then the next task for the company' s information technology division is to maintain the system to keep it running well. Where should be checked regularly and the condition of the server software applications, checking of data transmission media ( cabling system) . And most often is to serve users to troubleshoot problems that occur on their own PC in both hardware and software side.

As PCs exposed to viruses, can not connect to the internet, printer and other damage. This indicated that the maintenance of information systems ( maintenance) is an important thing to do in order to support the smooth process of work in a company.

2. SOLUTION

5. WORK WE DO
