Cone crusher is suitable for crushing all kinds of ores and rocks above medium hardness. It has the features of reliable structure, high productivity, easy adjustment and economical operation etc. It is widely used in metallurgy, architecture, rock making, chemistry and silicate industry for crushing various mid-hard and hard ores and rocks. The spring system acts as an overload protection system that allows iron to pass through the crushing chamber without damaging the crusher. It uses consistent grease or water for sealing, which separates crushed particles and lubricating oil, and ensures reliable work. The types of crushing chamber depend upon the usage of the final products. The standard type is applied to medium crushing; the medium type is fit for medium and fine crushing and the short head type is fit for fine crushing.

5. Continuous Lubrication:
This type of crushers are supplied with high capacity external mounted lubrication unit, composed of oil-tank, oil filtering system, high oil temperature shut-down, low oil flow shut-downs and oil flow gauge, which is designed to supply continuous and stable oil, by forced lubrication to the Cone Crusher, for smooth rotation and operation.

Safety:
Cone Crushers are configured with many safety features. The lubricating unit is interlocked with the main motor, in order to provide additional safety, which includes oil filtration and automatic shut-down in the event of high oil temperature, as well as low oil flow. Crushers are configured with Spring-Loaded release system, which allows any inscrutable material to pass through the crusher, without causing damage to the crusher. The locking system ( manual or hydraulic) , will easily secure the crushing clearance. All models are configured with proven spring-type mechanism, in order to recover Tramp-Iron and provide protection to the unit.
