HQ993 V-Cone Flow Meter

The production of our company, V-Cone Flow Meter is the latest development in particular products. V-Cone flow meter is 20 in the 1980s to a novel differential pressure flow meter; a differential pressure flow meter in a new product is favored by the majority of users. V-Cone Flow Meter is based on the principle of tube closure in the energy conversion Bernoulli' s principle, the use of V-Cone in the field to measure the flow of expenditure. Practice has proved that long-term, it has high accuracy, repeatability, limited by the small installation conditions, wear-resistant, wide measuring range, suitable for dirty medium, the advantages of small pressure loss. V Cone itself as a rectifier and the flow field as unique properties of outstanding new flow meter.

It used with orifice of a similar throttle in the pipeline centerline hoisted a special cone-shaped body to streamline expenditure, in front of the cone-steady flow pressure from the PH and the tail cone in the pipe center steady flow from the negative pressure PL, in the Reynolds number 8000 to 5 million within the scope of flow and differential pressure the proportional to the square root.
